Metal Core Printed Circuit Board:

medical lighting boards、high power LED lighting boards、auto lighting boards (head light、fog light...etc.)、high current thermal boards、high voltage carrier board

Special Circuit Board:

Different from the tradition MCPCB using glass fiber or non-woven fabric for lamination, K.T. Perfect using thermal plastic for MCPCB lamination, which is suitable for high voltage/high current end products. We also provide CSP boards(Chip Scale Package)、General cooper base boards、 Electrothermal separation boards、Customized electrothermal separation cooper bump boards.

LED Lighting design：
